We sat down with Ariel Asafov, Incubation Director of ChainGPT Labs, to dive into how the incubator and accelerator programs of ChainGPT Labs are reshaping the Web3 space and driving success for blockchain projects.
Question: Ariel, thanks for being here. To kick things off, can you tell us what ChainGPT Labs offers projects and how it stands out from other incubators/accelerators in the Web3 space?
Ariel: Excited to be here! When we launched ChainGPT Pad, we quickly recognized that the success of the projects we support is crucial to the growth of our launchpad. To truly provide value to our clients, we knew we had to go beyond just offering IDO services and focus on delivering comprehensive support for long-term success. That’s why we expanded beyond the typical launchpad service by introducing an incubator and accelerator program. This initiative offers hands-on support and additional benefits to help projects thrive.
That means we don’t just fund or guide projects; we become part of their team. We’re there from start to finish, working with them on things like marketing plans, picking the right launchpads, and building relationships with exchanges. We meet with these projects at least once or twice a week to ensure we offer full and ongoing support.
Our big focus is helping projects look polished across social media and the web. This can mean reworking their branding, updating their website, creating new logos, and even designing mascots. We’ve done this long enough to know what works because we’ve tested and improved our methods. Projects like Cookie3 and GT Protocol have seen firsthand just how much they can transform with our help.
Question: That’s impressive. Can you tell us more about the specific support ChainGPT Labs provides to help projects succeed?
Ariel: Absolutely. Our main areas of support are:
- ChainGPT Infrastructure: Our incubations have full access to our ecosystem
- Venture Capitals: Connect with our extensive network of investors to secure funding and strategic support.
- Partnerships: Leverage our collaborations with industry leaders to create strong, mutually beneficial relationships.
- Centralized Exchange (CEX): Gain access to top-tier exchanges for seamless token listing and enhanced market visibility.
- Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs): Work with influential figures in the space to amplify your project's voice and reach.
- End-to-End Launch Support:
- From concept to execution, we guide projects through every stage, including token generation, launch strategy, community building, and post-launch optimization.
- Social Presence & Brand Awareness:
- During the onboarding process, we refine every project's online presence. This includes redesigning websites for a sharp, professional look and implementing tailored campaigns to boost brand visibility and social engagement.
Question: When choosing projects for incubation, what do you look for? What makes a project stand out?
Ariel: When selecting projects for incubation, we focus on a few key factors. First and foremost, we prioritize real-world utility and innovation—projects that solve tangible problems or introduce groundbreaking solutions within the blockchain ecosystem. For us, it’s about identifying teams that have a clear vision, a robust strategy, and the potential to make a lasting impact.
We also place great importance on execution readiness. We occasionally consider earlier-stage ideas, we generally prefer projects that have a minimum viable product (MVP) or are close to demonstrating real traction. Examples like Kima Network and OMNIA Protocol stand out because they brought strong concepts paired with actionable roadmaps.
Question: It sounds like you’re building an impressive lineup. What’s the long-term goal for ChainGPT Labs?
Ariel: We’re at a really exciting point. While we’re already supporting some top-notch projects, my goal is to make ChainGPT Labs a leader in this space—something that can compete with names like Coinbase and Binance Labs. I want us to be the first choice for high-quality projects looking for more than just a standard launchpad. We aim to be a full-on incubator that takes projects and makes them standouts in the industry.
We’re already on a great path, but the plan is to keep raising the bar and becoming the go-to hub for the best new blockchain projects.
Question: If a project wants to join ChainGPT Labs, what should they expect from the application process?
Ariel: Good question. Right now, projects can apply by filling out this form on our website, but we get most of our projects through our network and research. We look at the value a project brings, their online and market presence, and website traffic to make sure their claims add up.
We expect projects to show us that they have a real product and genuine value. If they do, and we believe in what they’re building, we’re ready to give them everything they need to reach the next level.
Question: One last question—how does ChainGPT Labs ensure all projects receive consistent value?
Ariel: Consistency is really important. We’re working on standardizing a promotion package for all the projects we work with, based on their tier, whether they’re fully incubated or just doing an IDO with us. This means every project will know exactly what kind of support they’ll get. Of course, incubated projects might get a bit more tailored help, but every project we work with will feel supported and valued.
Question: Thanks so much for this, Ariel. It’s clear your vision and leadership are driving ChainGPT Labs forward in an exciting way.
Ariel: Thank you! It’s great to share our story, and I’m excited to see what’s next for us.
Stay tuned as ChainGPT Labs continues to set new standards for blockchain incubation and investment.
